The Site is on an elevated position above St Aubin at the bottom of a south facing steep section of cotil. An existing traditional 18th century farmhouse nestles directly adjacent, this particular site is raised above this. This intention is to maintain hints of the existing stone granite barn whilst complimenting with a new open plan contemporary dwelling stepping up the cotil slightly and extending to new garden taken from the cotil above. The views on the elevated section of new dwelling, and from the living areas, snatch a panoramic view of St Aubins bay. The light equally at this part of the site is much brighter elevated above the depth of the valley below.
